Project Summary

We transformed Choba Choba, a Swiss chocolate brand with a social impact, as it evolved from online exclusivity to premium retail. Initially launched on Kickstarter, Choba Choba had built a beloved direct-to-consumer identity, but entering retail required a clearer flavor system and stronger shelf presence.

Working closely with our graphic design partner and through collaborative workshops with the client, we crafted a new logo, a compelling brand claim - farmer-owned - and a vibrant visual identity that brings the brand’s mission of farmer ownership and sustainable sourcing to life. The new colour palette was inspired by the vivid tones of Peruvian textiles and the depth, light, and shadow of the rainforest.

We developed custom packaging for each flavour to ensure clear differentiation and strong visual appeal in-store. This rebranding positioned Choba Choba as a premium, mission-driven brand, securing its place in top retailers including COOP, Alnatura, and KaDeWe.
